On the day of your course you will be given extensive course notes on CD written by Ray from his years of experience, these course notes are invaluable for you to refer to in the weeks and months to come and is worth a great deal of money in themselves.
A clear open mind to absorb knowledge and ideas.
Pad and pen....although a cd with courses notes is supplied there is always that little gem that comes up in conversation you might want to jot down.
Your camera and lenses, spare camera battery, but please make sure your camera battery is fully charged.
Your portfolio or just prints for Ray to look over to help you improve, don't be embarrassed about your work and bring nothing, as the best way of learning is being shown the way forward.
You will only need a tripod on the wedding courses IF you already use a tripod, but I feel that wedding photographers are restricted by the use of tripods.
For the wedding seminars, warm cloths and coats, even in church it can be freezing and usually is.
Tell me if you have any dietary requirements.
Your day will be even more worthwhile if you bring photographs of your current work for Ray to go over to give you an honest idea of what level you are at...don't worry he does it with a great deal of compassion.
